This policy applies to all the TEERA MEN platforms (the “Site” or “Web Site” or “Mobile Application” or “App” or “Us” or “We” or “Social Media Platforms”), which is operated and owned by TEERA PVT LTD. marketed and or managed TEERA PVT LTD. It is TEERA’s policy to comply with general laws for protecting user information and bank details shared for the purpose of availing TEERA MEN services. This regulates the processing of information relating to you and grants you various rights in respect of your personal data.
 
Any Images, Data or Files Uploaded on the website must not be used without the consent of the authorized personnel of the brand.The Web Site contains links to other websites over which we have no control. TEERA MEN is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of other web sites to which you choose to link from teeramen.in. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those other web sites so you can understand how they collect, use and share your information.

GENERAL QUERIES

Yes! COD is available for orders below IN 5000 on all serviceable pin-codes.

Visit the Place your Return / Exchange Request section on the website / app or click here to raise a return exchange request for your order.

Submit the required details as prompted.

Follow the instructions and select the items) you would want to Return Exchange. Please note that the Return Exchange request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we would get in touch with you to confirm your request.

In addition, all returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags when we receive them. Items without tags will not be accepted.

The order usually takes 7-10 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for
some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please write to us .

You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number.
Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse

In case the order does not get delivered within 10-15 working days, you can write to us. We will
do our best to get it delivered at the earliest.

We charge a shipping fee of INR 100/- on all COD orders.

At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from
anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.

CANCELLATION, RETURN /EXCHANGE & REFUND

You can cancel you order within 6 hours of placing the order via Whatsapp. You can opt to cancel order by clicking the cancel order button in the Order confirmation message.

In case of returns/exchange, visit the returns section on the website or click here to raise a return request for your order.

You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and handover the packet to our courier person. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund on the same account details used while making payment.

Please note that handling fee of IN 100 is charged for returns. In addition, order placed during any sale (eg: BOGO) which includes free products are not eligible for returns / exchanges.

We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged
defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to
email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product . Incase you fail to intimate about
the same, return might not be processed.

We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different / wrong product, please visit the returns section on the website or click here to raise a return request if you receive any wrong order.

Return request needs to be raised within 15 days of the delivery date.

For return / exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 10-15 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Once the product is dispatched, it will take 10-15 working days to reach you. Please note if any promotional coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.

Once the products reaches us and passes the QC, refund in the form of store credit will be
sent to the registered E-mail and WhatsApp number.

PAYMENTS

In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to you account within 2-3
business days. In case it does not, mail us the details of your transaction . We will verify and
get back to you at the earliest.
