Teeramen was born through a love for fashion. The founder, Harshala , always had a keen eye for style and believed in the power of expressing oneself through their clothes. However, she noticed a gap in the market - a need for high-quality men’s wear clothing that combines classic elegance with a modern twist.

This was Harshala’s “eureka” moment, as she embarked on a journey to create her own men’s wear clothing brand. With only 2 months on her hands, she knew that time was of the essence. With her creative spirit fired up and her toolkit prepped with courage and determination, she set out to bring her vision to life.

The journey began with thorough research into the latest men’s fashion trends, fabric varieties, and target audience preferences. Harshala assembled a team of like-minded designers, brainstorming and sketching together to bring their vision to life.

Quality was paramount. She sourced the finest materials, personally visiting manufacturers to ensure high standards were met. The team worked tirelessly, perfecting fits and details to create standout garments.

With the launch approaching, branding and marketing took centre stage. Harshala collaborated with graphic designers to craft a logo that captured Teeramen's essence and organised photoshoots to highlight the collection’s unique style.

Teera Men features an endless variety of models and designs, using a broad spectrum of colour combinations and original patterns. There’s a pair of high quality clothes for every occasion, speaking to men with varied styles.

IS CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) AVAILABLE?

Yes! COD is available for orders below IN 5000 on all serviceable pin-codes.

HOW TO PLACE AN RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUEST?

Visit the Place your Return / Exchange Request section on the website / app or click here to raise a return exchange request for your order.

Submit the required details as prompted.

Follow the instructions and select the items) you would want to Return Exchange. Please note that the Return Exchange request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we would get in touch with you to confirm your request.

In addition, all returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags when we receive them. Items without tags will not be accepted.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR RETURNS /EXCHANGE?

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The order usually takes 7-10 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for
some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please write to us .

HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?

You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number.
Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?

In case the order does not get delivered within 10-15 working days, you can write to us. We will
do our best to get it delivered at the earliest.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY?

We charge a shipping fee of INR 100/- on all COD orders.

DO WE SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA?

At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from
anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.

CANCELLATION, RETURN /EXCHANGE & REFUND

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

You can cancel you order within 6 hours of placing the order via Whatsapp. You can opt to cancel order by clicking the cancel order button in the Order confirmation message.

HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

In case of returns/exchange, visit the returns section on the website or click here to raise a return request for your order.

You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and handover the packet to our courier person. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund on the same account details used while making payment.

Please note that handling fee of IN 100 is charged for returns. In addition, order placed during any sale (eg: BOGO) which includes free products are not eligible for returns / exchanges.

WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged
defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to
email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product . Incase you fail to intimate about
the same, return might not be processed.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?

We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different / wrong product, please visit the returns section on the website or click here to raise a return request if you receive any wrong order.

WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS OF PURCHASE CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Return request needs to be raised within 15 days of the delivery date.

I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

For return / exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 10-15 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Once the product is dispatched, it will take 10-15 working days to reach you. Please note if any promotional coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.

MY PAYMENT WAS DEDUCTED FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT BUT THE ORDER WASN'T PLACED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to you account within 2-3
business days. In case it does not, mail us the details of your transaction . We will verify and
get back to you at the earliest.
